Post qualification:
1. Have a good command of CAD and other software to view drawings and have a good command of office software;
2. Know well electrical, water supply & drainage, fire, weak current design drawings, cost estimates, etc.;
3. College degree or above, major in project cost, civil engineering, etc.;
4. Know well national quota, project cost market, market price of material and equipment, project cost standard and operational code.
Training orientation of post:
1. Single work’s civil work, mechanical and electrical construction, steel structure, and curtain wall budget and final account work;
2. Construction site’s civil construction, mechanical and electrical work, steel structure, curtain wall visa change;
3. Statistics of civil construction, mechanical and electrical work, steel structure and curtain wall material market price;
4. Preparation and review of bidding project’s civil construction, mechanical and electrical work, steel structure and curtain wall base price work;
5. Able to complete other tasks ordered by our company, hard-working, able to bear great working pressure.
